Aston Martin Unveils Dreadnought: A V12-Powered Virtual SUV for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4

Aston Martin has revealed the Dreadnought, a military-inspired V12 SUV developed exclusively for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. Created in collaboration with the game’s makers, the digital-only vehicle blends the British carmaker’s design language with a combat-ready aesthetic. A full-size model of the SUV is on display at Fanatics Fest in New York until July 19.

A Digital Warrior

The SUV takes its name from HMS Dreadnought, the British Royal Navy battleship. Aston Martin states that the name represents a machine built to “fear nothing.” Unlike the company’s production SUVs, the Dreadnought is designed purely for the virtual world, tailored to the battlefield environment of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 while retaining recognizable Aston Martin styling.

Battle-Ready Design

Finished in Chiltern Green, the Dreadnought features a heavily armored exterior. The front includes horizontally stacked LED headlamps, a pixel-pattern grille, mesh LED fog lamps, silver tow hooks, and a skid plate. The side profile is defined by large dual-tone alloy wheels wrapped in off-road tires, squared wheel arches, sharp body lines, flush door handles, camera-based outside rearview mirrors, and silver side steps. At the rear, the SUV features multiple LED tail lamps, Valour-inspired fins on the rear windscreen, Aston Martin lettering across a black trim strip, a quad-exhaust setup, and a rear skid plate.

Two-Seat Interior

The cabin follows a military-inspired theme with a dual-tone green-and-black finish and gold accents. It includes green leather upholstery, a two-spoke steering wheel with physical controls, and twin circular digital displays serving as the speedometer and tachometer.

Built for the Battlefield

Aston Martin has confirmed that the Dreadnought is powered by a V12 engine and features an all-wheel-drive system, though detailed technical specifications have not been disclosed. Players will be able to drive the Dreadnought in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and Call of Duty: Warzone when the game launches on October 23, 2026. While not intended for production, the project marks Aston Martin’s latest collaboration with the gaming industry, bringing one of its boldest designs to a virtual battlefield.
